Clinical Services Manager-Wards Salary £38-£45K depending on experience.

Due to the current Manager relocating back to Australia the BMI Meriden Hospital in Walsgrave, Coventry is looking to recruit an exceptional Ward Manger (Clinical Services Manager).  

This is a full time role on an elective surgical ward which covers a variety of specialities. Our patients have high expectations of care provision with a combination of both NHS and Private patients, accommodated in single rooms. You should be experienced at Deputy/Senior level RN or above working in a similar environment or equivalent.  

 

We would love to meet you informally in the first instance so that you can have a look at the department and ask all the awkward questions without committing yourself. In addition we have the opportunity to review if you would fit this dynamic team. 

Over the past 14 months great things have been happening at the BMI Meriden so it’s a great time to join the BMI team and contribute to our greater aspirations.  We have received a ‘Good’ rating in all five domains in our CQC inspection in April 2018. This has been achieved by a new and proactive senior team of professionals across the hospital.  BMI Academy is an award winning extensive programme and meets many developmental needs of our staff.
