Salary: £29,793 - £38,861 (depending on experience)  + Shift Enhancements

The Ward
We are seeking to recruit a Clinical Nurse Leader to work with our Hadleigh Ward Men`s Personality Disorder Ward, Hadleigh ward is a 16 Bedded men`s ward with complex mental and Personality disorders as their primary diagnosis, often with behavioural difficulties. The unit aims to provide high quality care in a locked facility for patients detained under the Mental Health Act.
 
The role of Clinical Nurse Leader
Working to a Nurse Manager, you`ll be the most senior nurse on shift, maintaining a high profile and visible presence, whilst working alongside a multi-disciplinary team. You`ll lead the nursing shift team and contribute to improvements in practice, in conjunction with your fellow professionals. 
 
What you will need for this role
 
Substantial experience of working in mental health services is going to be important.  Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills are also key, as you`ll be relied upon to keep your team happy, focused and motivated.
