What you will be doing
The role of Clinical Manager involves providing vital clinical leadership and strategic direction to our Clinical Centre and helping to develop a range of clinical pathways. You’ll be actively involved in the development and adjudication of medical policy by working closely with the Chief Medical Officer and her team to support and strengthen service delivery across our UK healthcare business. Leading a large specialist team and providing them with vital complex case management support, ensuring robust medical referral processes are in place and implementing and promoting quality measurements – you’ll do all of this, and more. In short, it’s a great chance to become a clinical role model in a highly visible role that will ensure we continue to deliver a quality service to our members.

- Someone with vision and drive who is as comfortable discussing complex clinical issues as they are leading people and process in a customer focused corporate environment.
- A great relationship builder, with strong influencing and negotiating skills, a flair for taking and articulating difficult decisions will be key to your success too.
- You’ll also need an innate ability to combine clinical capability and commercial knowledge to manage a team and help shape policy.
We are an Equal Opportunities Employer.
