We are committed to improving the physical health of all our patients by delivering high quality clinical care which is value based and leads to outcomes that matter to the patient and their carers`. Alongside this
we are striving to achieve parity of esteem, giving equal value to Mental Health as to Physical Health. To accomplish this we are expanding our Physical Healthcare service and now have an exciting opportunity for 2 Nurse Practitioners to be at the forefront of this service delivery.

St Andrew`s Healthcare is the UK`s largest mental health charity. We offer specialist services for men, women, adolescents and older people across mental health, learning disability, brain injury and degenerative disorders such as Huntington`s and Alzheimer`s. You must be a Registered Nurse (Adult) with a current NMC registration.

The post holder will provide care for the presenting patient, from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.

We are looking for a Practice Nurse who is able to deliver nurse-led triage and effectively problem solve.
You will be able to manage acute, chronic and long term conditions, integrating both pharmacological and non-pharmacological based treatment methods into a management plan. You will also have the ability to manage complex acute and chronic wounds.
