Are you a women's health, sexual health or gynaecology senior nurse looking for a new challenge or the next step up?
The clinical team leader would be based in their Essex clinic - which has very good transport links. This position can offer Monday - Friday, regular working hours.
This national provider of terminations (surgical & medical) has averted 5.4 million unsafe abortions and offers a service to both men and women with sexual health issues.
The clinical team leader will be a nurse with a minimum of 3 years' experience - including some senior nurse experience. Along with this you will be a nurse who adopts a prochoice approach helping to ensure the smooth running of the clinic at all times.
- Co-ordinating the doctors/surgeons/anaesthetist's
- Main point of call for clinical matters
- Being a part of the supervisory team
- Identify any team needs - training and compliance
- Recruitment and selection of new staff
- Monitor team performance
This is a diverse role working as the team leader offering clinical support to junior staff and assisting the manager where require - including taking charge at times.
The clinic offers a diverse range of services including:
- Contraceptive clinics (routine & emergency)
- Family planning
- Sexually transmitted Diseases

The successful nurse will be offer a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum plus benefits.
Please note that this company is a referral centre for the NHS & PCTs as MSI do work up to the of the legal limit for terminations which is 24 weeks.
