Salary upwards from £43,000 dependent on experience

This is an exciting time to join the CAMHS Integrated Practice Unit (IPU) at St Andrews. Having recently opened our new service FitzRoy House, the largest specialised service in Europe, the CAMHS IPU offers mental health care and treatment to children and adolescents in conditions of low security. We are committed to achieving the best outcomes possible for our patients by ensuring we focus on meeting their needs in the least restrictive manner possible.
 
The role of Nurse Manager is critical to our success. If you are a dedicated RMN / RNLD with strong leadership skills, great communication and a desire to work with young people, then this is the career for you.
 
As a Nurse Manager you will have managerial and operational responsibility for your ward and will ensure mechanisms are in place to support, develop and monitor all aspects of performance.  You will be key to ensuring the delivery of operational excellence and pivotal to the delivery of high levels of nursing and care by providing day-to-day support and operational leadership.  You will proactively monitor standards and lead innovative processes to improve quality and the operational management of your ward.
 
A positive and strong leader who is able to set a clear and compelling vision for your teams, you will be a visible presence who influences and supports consistently great teamwork and a positive culture.  You will lead by example and motivate your teams to provide exceptional levels of care to your patients.
