As our RCN Officer for Regional Development in the Yorkshire and the Humber region, you’ll use your positive attitude and your networking and engagement skills to support our local team and local branches.

Working with the RCN Branches in Yorkshire and Humber you will design and manage a programme of learning events for members across both the NHS and Independent Sector. You will also support our regional networks ensuring these groups meet regularly and engage the wider membership.

Every day will be filled with possibilities as you find new ways to manage and support the development of your team. Taking care of our members will be your primary role, but you’ll also see the possibilities that new members can bring. A key part of what you do will be to suggest innovative approaches to grow our membership.

Whilst primarily your role will be to develop, manage and support our Regional Professional Networks and Branches, you will also support the team with general recruitment and retention.
