This is a unique opportunity to be part of one of the first projects in the Gulf states which specifically and openly caters for the treatment and rehabilitation of people with enduring mental health issues, chronic pain and life challenging conditions  The post-holder will contribute to the multidisciplinary assessment of the needs of clients with mental health problems by working with individual clients, their family and carers, and various client groups in a therapeutic setting to aid and maintain recovery. The successful candidate will be part of the task force assisting in the setup, organization and operation of clinical services.  • To assist in the development of the model of care. • To assist in the development of clinical infrastructure.  • To assist in the development an operational model.  • To provide high quality care to patients experiencing acute mental distress or who have an enduring mental illness. • To consult closely with the multidisciplinary team to establish and produce patient care and treatment plans including risk assessment. • To ensure the correct administration of medications, including injections, and monitor the results of treatment. • To treat medical emergencies. • To be able to flexibly manage a varied caseload of both inpatients and outpatients. • To work as part of a team to ensure effective communication and delivery of care. You must be qualified with an accredited Bachelor degree in Nursing or equivalent professional Nursing Qualification  Licensed as a practising Nurse  Have postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject area  At least 5 years relevant experience in mental health  Expert knowledge of nursing as applied to the mental health field  Demonstrable skills in the safe and therapeutic administration of medication  Excellent communication skills both written and verbal  If you are interested in applying to work in this ground breaking project, please submit your CV and we will then ask you to complete a comprehensive application form.
