CLINICAL LEAD / Deputy Manager - RMN
Excellent rate of pay and benefits (£30k - £33k)

Our client provides the highest standards of elderly and dementia care to up to 46 residents. The home is conveniently located at Dunstable, Bedfordshire. A vacancy currently exists for an experienced, hands on Clinical Lead Nurse with up to date clinical and dementia care skills to help lead their established and professional care team. Positions also exist for 2 Registered Nurses (RGN / RMN) to join their professional team for day & night shifts.

Job Duties for Deputy / Clinical Lead Manager:
· Support the Home Manager in all aspects of running the home
· Assist in the planning and delivery of a viable, sensitive and efficient care service to residents which enhances their quality of life
· Support in the development and delivery of the Business Plan, assisting with controlling expenditure, marketing the home, and maintaining occupancy
· Act as a focal point for contact with residents, their relatives and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals

The successful Deputy Home Manager must have:
· Previous Care Home Management experience with in an elderly care environment
· Proven clinical skills
· Deputy Home Manager must be an RMN
· Must have a strong understanding of care service and delivery within a nursing home
