Cardiothoracic specialist hospital - Cambridgeshire This top NHS hospital is the UK`s largest specialist cardiothoracic hospital and the country`s main heart and lung transplant centre, treating over 23,700 inpatient and day cases and nearly 65,000 outpatients each year from across the UK. The Hospital`s facilities include five operating theatres and five angiographic suites as well as 276 beds, spread over a dozen wards and units, and including a recently extended Critical Care Area. CARDIAC ROLE; - Nurses will get fantastic experience working on cardiac wards in one of the UK's most prestigious and busy cardiothoracic hospital, specialising in coronary angiography, angioplasty and stenting amongst many other techniques. - Work a flexible 37.5 hour week with ability to join the hospital bank staff team. - Further your nursing career with fantastic Continuous Professional Development and gain priceless experience.
