Their Birmingham hospital are currently looking for a Lead Theatre Practitioner to joint their Theatre team, the hospital has three surgeries and endoscopy suit, Specialising in Orthopaedics, General surgery, Gynaecology, Endoscopy and ENT
- You will have 2 years of experience as a Lead Theatre Practitioner in a NHS or UK independent hospital, will be able to work in partnership with Consultants to explore and challenge existing practices while maintaining and enhancing services and standards while having an appreciation of the need to balance the provision of quality care while maintaining a business focus.
The role is full time 37.5 Hours per week Mon - Fri and 2 Saturdays per month, The theatres run 2-3 lists per day which are scheduled in advance.
