We are looking for Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join our team on a flexible basis, working around your own personal commitments, whether it be childcare or other work commitments we may have something for you! Our West London OOH Service provides advice, information and treatment for NHS Patients who become unwell during the out-of-hours period when their own GP Surgery is closed.
West London OOH operates from a number of locations throughout West London with their main base being located in Southall. The different locations enable you to work somewhere that is more local to you! The locations are:
•Hillingdon PCC, Hillingdon Hospital, Hillingdon
•Hounslow PCC, West Middlesex Hospital, Hounslow
•Harrow PCC, Northwick Park Hospital, Harrow
•Southall 111 Service / Practice Assist
All of the sites are open from 6.30pm – 8am Mon – Friday and 24 hours over weekends or bank holidays.
We can also offer the opportunity to provide portfolio contracts where you can work across our other services too!
About the role
You will need to be an autonomous Advanced Nurse Practitioner with experience ideally within a GP Practice or Primary Care Environment and hold a nurse prescribing qualification.
On a day-to-day basis you will be required to deliver face-to-face or telephone advice to patients and to provide safe and effective health assessments and treatment of patients. You will also be required to diagnose, treat or discharge/refer patients who attend the Primary Care Centre, or who you visit in their own home.

•Degree level / Postgraduate level ANP qualification
•Evidence of recent study (PREP)
•Recognised Nurse Prescribing Qualification
•Postgraduate, e.g. ENB 998 Teaching /Mentorship course
About Care UK

This is a flexible role where we can offer shifts to suit your needs and lifestyle. Dependent on experience and shifts worked the salary for this role is from £25.78 p/hour - £40.79 p/hour + Bank Holiday enhancements
