The impact a dedicated nurse can make on someone's life when given the opportunity is immeasurable. Working across all of our homes covering training, holiday and sickness absence, you will make sure residents are cared for to the highest standards. Leading and motivating the team and managing care plans, you will organise staffing and utilise your nursing expertise to ensure the safe and smooth running of the home.
To join our team, you will need to empathise with our ethos. Naturally, you're an RGN with demonstrable post-qualification learning and development, and experience of providing direct nursing and social care. A great communicator and team manager, you will have the confidence and experience to train, coach and develop staff and liaise with professionals and other agencies.
Due to the nature of the role, you must be able to travel across all C&C homes to fulfil the objectives of the job; travel expenses are covered. You must also be able to work days and nights and flexible hours, as required, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
We are offering a comprehensive induction and your very own learning and development plan to support your career enhancement. Regular clinical supervision and support with re-validation with your line manager come as standard too.
