You bring the expertise, we’ll provide the inspiration

Working alongside the Registered Home Manager, you will ensure that all nursing practice in the home meets the NMC Code of Practice, CQC and Health and Social Care Regulations. You will provide specialist advice, guidance and support to all staff in the home to ensure best practice in clinical nursing practice, keeping them up-to-date with new developments, and take a lead role in championing and embedding the C&C Principles of Care. Regular audit checks on residents and one-to-ones with Nurses and Care Team Leaders will be an important part of your role.

As a Registered General Nurse, you will have management experience in a relevant care setting and experience of individualised personal care planning. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, along with the ability to work on your own initiative, sometimes under pressure, and to build and maintain professional relationships. Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations such as Infection Control, COSHH, RIDDOR and Fire Safety is essential.

The housing provider ‘where inspiration lives’, C&C delivers person-centred care services for older people with a variety of care needs. Homely, warm and welcoming, we strive to offer our residents freedom of choice, a respectful community environment and the opportunity to live as independently as possible.

Sue McGrady, Clinical Services Manager, would be happy to discuss this opportunity further with you. You can reach Sue on 020 7922 5360 or 07793 296829.
