    The role:

    This is a permanent, full time vacancy to be based within our Long Ashton branch in Bristol. You would work 40 hours a week covering four night shifts per week between the hours of 9.45pm and 7.15am. Shifts are on a rota basis and you would be required to work some weekend days.

    The Care Coordinator is the first point of contact for both Clients and Support Workers within the branch with the aim to support and enable individuals to live independently within their own homes whatever their abilities.

    Duties Include:

  • Being the first point of contact for clients and workers
  • Administration duties including emailing paperwork, pulling reports and printing documents
  • Maintaining existing relationships with clients and workers
  • Emailing nurses and support workers to gain thier availability for work
  • Dealing with last minute staffing issues
  • Rota management including coordination of any shift changes
  • Management of worker holiday request process, ensuring client package remains safely staffed.
  • Quality spot checks

    You will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual with the ability to work in a quality driven, professional environment. Experience within a similar role, dealing with the coordination of a high number of workers is an advantage, experience in healthcare or administration is essential.
