The mental health hospital provides thoughtfully-designed, well-appointed surroundings to enable the women in our care to re-build their living and vocational skills, ready to regain their place in the community.
Every room has en-suite facilities. In addition, they have a gym, a hair salon and relaxation area where patients can receive nail care, beauty treatments and one-to-one sessions with staff. They also have two large lounge areas which afford lots of space for their patients.

We are looking to recruit a dynamic Senior Staff Registered Mental Health Nurse who is a team player, ideally with experience and a proven background within learning disabilities. This is a key position for an innovative and professional Nurse to work closely with the Hospital Manager. Essentially, you should have excellent clinical knowledge in the required field, communication skills and a passion to work with this client group.
Candidates will need a current NMC Pin (RNLD or RMN). Candidates should have a sound working knowledge surrounding valuing lives and provide leadership, direction and supervision to all clinical and support staff, ensuring all social and health needs of the patients are met. Previous management experience is essential and candidates should have first class knowledge of CQC outcomes and the Mental Health Act.
You will need to be flexible and adaptable and have the confidence to make decisions and manage the unit in the absence of the Hospital Manager. A hands on approach is required ensuring the best possible care is provided to our patients.
You will be responsible for:
-Effectively managing patient care ensuring input from all aspects of the staff group
