The Priory Hospital, Hemel Hempstead is a 38 bedded Hospital which offers a home and treatment for adults aged 18 with no upper limit that have enduring mental health and physical illness and demonstrating challenging behaviour.

Successful candidates should be qualified to Level 1 Nurse preferably RMN and have  experience within a related operational and management role. You need to be able to demonstrate the quality and management of nursing care, patient care and the clinical environment with 24 hours responsibility for staffing.  The candidates should be able to participate with the multidisciplinary team and undertake direct patient care.  Manage and direct the delivery of clinical services within a unit, ensuring it complies with the statutory regulations, current legislation and meet the quality standards.
