Chadwick Lodge and Eaglestone View is a medium and low secure service, providing personalised assessment and treatment programmes for male & female service users with complex care needs, histories of offending, along with those who may have failed in previous placements.
The combination of medium secure and low secure wards, provide a seamless internal care pathway, supporting and empowering service users in their recovery and rehabilitation. At each stage of their recovery pathway, our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively with service users to deliver personalised treatment programmes. Service users are given the opportunity to develop new skills, optimise functioning, and improve quality of life and progress towards the least restrictive setting and to independence.
As a Registered Nurse you will undertake and manage direct patient care, having participated fully in the assessment, planning and evaluation of care needs. Undertake the delivery of care, including individual and group sessions, to agreed quality standards as prescribed by internal procedures and health legislation. We are looking for keen and resourceful Registered Nurses/RGNs to support our Clinical Team.What we'd like from you:
