Dementia Pathway - Northampton - Senior Staff Nurses - From £24,323 to £33,029 + Shift Enhancements (inclusive of St Andrew`s Clinical Allowance)

Our Neuropsychiatry Pathway offers unrivalled care, treatment and rehabilitation for adults and older adults with challenging behaviour and complex needs that is recognised for being at the forefront of innovative service developments, for its excellence in service delivery and rehabilitation practice, and for its ability to manage and reduce aggressive behaviour.  Currently running at record occupancy levels, we have a team of over 400 dedicated full-time staff from 16 disciplines working across 12 wards.
 
We have a number of exciting opportunities for both experienced and recently qualified Mental Health, Learning Disability and General Nurses to join our team.  You will be accountable for the delivery of high quality, patient-focussed care within our Pathway.  As a member of our team, you will enjoy the opportunity to work alongside recognised experts in developing innovative approaches, in an environment where you`ll always be expected to put the patient first.
