Senior Charge Nurse / Lead Nurses / Senior Specialist Nurse
An opportunity, not to be missed, has arisen for an innovative individual with
extensive post registration experience in a peri-operative environment, to join
our multidisciplinary team within the operating departments in NHS Tayside.
You will be based at Perth Royal Infi rmary with an expectation that you will be deployed on other sites, as required.
You will deliver patient centred care that is evidence based, clinically effective & safe. You will have proven skills in leading and managing teams through effective leadership, by empowering and developing staff. Excellent communication skills are essential.
We are committed to investing in the continuing professional development of
our staff and currently support staff to complete degree level modules with the University of Dundee or Edinburgh Napier University (dependent on area of practice).
NHS Tayside will assist with relocation expenses arising out of moving home
up to a maximum of £8000, subject to eligibility and HM Revenue & Customs regulations.
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the NMC register or equivalent (HPC ODP NVQ Level 3 / Diploma) and demonstrate evidence of continuous professional development relevant to previous experience.

This is a full-time post with a commitment to day/night rotation and on call if required by clinical area.
