Clinical Quality and Patient Safety Manager

NEL Commissioning Support Unit – Anglia

Salary: £39,239 to £47,088 pa

Hours: 37.5 per week

Location: Norwich

We are looking for a registered clinician who is highly motivated and has a competent level of understanding, appreciation and triangulation of all quality data and information, for example: serious incidents, CQC data, mortality, safety thermometer, safe staffing, patient and staff experience etc.

You will be responsible for working within a Multidisciplinary Team to ensure that robust quality arrangements are in place across a specific portfolio of community providers. You will work alongside CCG colleagues to manage all relevant aspects of quality assurance across commissioned services, promoting and driving quality achievement and performance improvement.

The ability to scrutinise and challenge key performance data, along with experience of the analysis of complex information from surveys, audits, reviews and across a range of other sources to enable benchmarking, is essential.

In return, you will benefit from an excellent opportunity to work within a commissioner and provider facing Multidisciplinary Team, in a thriving and fast paced environment. You will also get the opportunity to work closely with CCG customers supporting and shaping the development of the wider quality agenda.

If you relish a challenge, are enthusiastic and enjoy fostering productive, resourceful working relationships, then we would like to hear from you.
