Health and Wellbeing Nurse
CRI Rise Manchester is the clinical service provider of drug treatment services across the City of Manchester. Due to service developments an exciting vacancy has arisen for a Health and Well-Being Nurse at our base in Wythenshawe.
Working with the Nursing Team the Health and Well-Being Nurse will be responsible for the delivery of the Health and Well-Being Strategy ensuring this is embedded in practice. The successful candidate will work as part of the integrated recovery team and will be committed to taking a positive and holistic approach to their work, proactively delivering comprehensive interventions aimed at improving health & well-being for service users in partnership with a range of local agencies and support providers.
The Health and Well-Being Nurse will be responsible for contributing to the overall development and performance of the service.
The post-holder will need to have a flexible approach to their work and will participate in service delivery across all Manchester sites including out of hours cover and evening duties.
