My client is a groundbreaking organisation managing one of the largest specialist Schools and Colleges in the UK for young people with disabilities. Their fundamental purpose is simple: to enable disabled young people to fulfil their potential in every aspect of their lives. The Health Centre caters for the medical needs of 154 physically disabled students who attend this School and College. An exciting opportunity has arisen to make a real difference to the Health Centre within this school/college. A new role has been created for a Deputy Nurse Manager to take responsibility for leading on quality assurance, clinical governance and audit in conjunction with a hands-on clinical role. You will be working in a truly multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic health care and with the benefit of seeing the ongoing impact of your contribution.
