Further information

The University of Wolverhampton is seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual with a substantial understanding of mental health issues to join the well-established Student Enabling Centre.

This is a new role and you will be required to lead, organise and deliver support for students with complex mental health support needs and develop institutional policy and procedures relating to mental health issues.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to deliver a short presentation to a small audience and will then be formally interviewed by a panel. The post offers excellent working conditions, salary and CPD opportunities.

Our coat of arms carries the motto ‘Innovation and opportunity’ – something which is as true today as all those years ago when we were established in the mid-1800s. Our staff contribute to our success so we can continue to be a major stakeholder in the UK higher education sector, achieving knowledge transfer, economic development, wealth creation and social justice. As ‘The University of Opportunity’, we remain a beacon for creativity, empowerment, equality and wellbeing.

Closing date: 6 August 2014.
