Search Consultancy is looking to recruit an RMN Registered Nurse and an RNLD on behalf of a Private Hospital in Denbighshire, North Wales. The Hospital is a few miles outside of Rhyl and is an all female service, registered for 23 females, specialising in the care and treatment of individuals with a functional mental illness. It is easily accessible by car or public transport from Rhyl, Chester and surrounding areas, with Rhyl train station only two miles away and local bus stops.
The hospital consists of 3 wards providing locked and open rehabilitation environments.
There is a 6 bed acute ward, a 10 bed unit and a separate open rehab unit on site. There are always 5 nurses on duty within the hospital, along with experienced support workers.
Further to treating patients with mental illness, the Hospital also supports females who may have a co-existing, secondary condition such as personality disorder, behavioural difficulties/challenging behaviours, or substance and alcohol issues.
The hospital provides an environment where individuals can receive the care and treatment required to manage their complex and long term needs. It provides therapeutic interventions including Problem Solving, Enhanced Thinking Skills and Anger Management groups, alongside one to one intervention with individuals.
We are looking for an RMN or RNLD Qualified Nurse for a full time, permanent position. The role is to work 42 hours per week and we are looking for Nurses who are flexible to work days and nights on a rota. We will also consider Nurses who are only able to work days or nights.
The shifts are 12 hours working 3 days on and 3 days off and you will receive paid breaks and a competitive salary of £24 - £27,000 per annum, depending on previous experience. We will also consider a Newly Qualified Nurse as a Perceptorship programme is offered.
We are looking for an RMN or RNLD qualified Nurse, ideally with strong experience working in Mental Health.
A £2000 relocation package is offered to Nurses looking to relocate from a different area of the UK.
Lunches and tea will be provided for all members of staff, along with 5.6 weeks holiday and an employee benefit scheme. Applicants must hold a valid NMC Pin number or be due to qualify this September.
