CRI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior nurse to enhance clinical practice in our highly successful integrated drug and alcohol services.

This critical post will be responsible for driving CRI clinical policy, CQC standards and quality to front end delivery.

  • You will be expected to demonstrate excellent clinical leadership skills, autonomy and a flexible approach to your work in order to meet competing demands from different service areas.
  • You will be responsible for developing regional links with stakeholders, for example clinical commissioning panels and health and wellbeing boards.
  • You will clinically manage the Lead Nurses within the projects and support the development of the nursing team to ensure that the clinical backbone is robust.
  • You will work alongside the Regional Directors ensuring that operations and clinical work together to ensure effective and clinically sound services.

This post will cover CRI projects within a region but will be expected to be flexible at times of need or development.
