Band 5 – Ophthalmic Nurses
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Lister Hospital Treatment Centre Seeking Highly Motivated and Enthusiastic Band 5 Nurses to Join our Ophthalmic Nursing Team Covering both the Ophthalmic Ward and The Ophthalmic OPD Service, you will be required to work across the Trusts’ three hospital sites but will be based at the Lister Treatment which is a new unit offering state of the art facilities for our patients. The Ophthalmology Service covers an Urgent Eye Clinic; General Ophthalmic Clinics including nurse led pre-assessment, interval injections clinics and an Ophthalmic Day Unit.
The successful candidates will need to demonstrate high standards of patient care and have previous post registration experience. Ophthalmology experience is also preferred. We can offer broad experience in caring for Ophthalmology Patients in an innovative, challenging and aspirational workplace. We are committed to advancing our nursing practice and our senior nursing team will provide in house training and support for clinical and professional development. Part time hours will be considered.
