Job Purpose

  • To deliver high standards of customer/competence  knowledge in using Sensium Vitals
  • To assist with clinical application aspects of the system
  • To ensure internal staff have the minimum standard of clinical knowledge & user competence of the systems
  • To deliver clinical inputs to the NPI process 

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Provide in-service training and education to customers as part of the SensiumVitals system deployment process
  • Provide clinical support and training to employees and distributors
  • Participate in focus group and advisory board meeting
  • Deliver clinically sound and up to date training content and materials

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory

  • Expertise in the deteriorating patient
  • Technical competence with patient monitoring equipment
  • Familiarity with early warning score criteria and acuity classifications
  • Basic IT networking knowledge (will be trained by the company)
  • Training/education experience
  • Level 7 nurse ( hospital based)

Beneficial

  • Fluent in French or German
  • Experience in medical service education/training

  • Able to travel widely in UK and overseas – full clean driving license
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills 
  • Self-starting & flexible around customer work patterns
  • Able to work alone but also a good team player
