In Northampton, the St Andrew’s Academic Centre, a partnership with the Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London, is dedicated to world-class research and teaching and we work closely with many leading universities in training mental health professionals for the nation.
Our Lead Nurses provide visible and effective leadership, direction and management of the nursing profession and our nursing staff within our Clinical Services. We are currently looking to recruit a Lead Nurse for the Learning Disability and ASD Pathway to work across our Medium and Low Secure Men’s Service in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity for a high calibre person to lead on these Treatment Pathways. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse (RNLD/RMN) with significant in depth experience and knowledge of both LD and ASD, and have a strong track record of leading large nursing teams within a similar environment.
