The successful candidate will be based on the International desk and provide administrative support for a large database of candidates, along with sourcing new candidates to continually expand this database in accordance with client demand.
Main duties:


*Ensuring all applicants meet our recruitment requirements
*Advertising for new candidates
*Dealing with all application enquiries
*Sending & preparing application packs
*Chasing all application packs
*Preparation of CV's
*Internal & External advertising
*CV searches on external databases
* Administration duties
* Liaising with the sales team on a regular basis
* Sourcing candidates, completing registration and building a pipeline

Would suit graduates looking for a new and exciting opportunity.

You must:
Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) and an excellent telephone manner
Be able to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines in a busy team environment
Be able to work on their own initiative with accuracy and with attention to detail
Be an excellent team member
Be flexible, enthusiastic and have a proactive "can do" attitude
Be able to manage confidential information.
