Due to current expansion of the business we are recruiting Community Nurses covering Preston, Manchester, Cheshire and all surrounding areas. Offering part time hours, on a permanent contract.

About the role

Community Nurses act as a key member of the Service Delivery Team, and will be responsible for assessing, planning and implementing care to patients. You will take the lead in delivering holistic care to patients in their own homes, as part of a wider multidisciplinary team.

  • Community based with the autonomy of managing your own caseload of patients.
  • Form part of a Specialist Recovery team
  • Experience in IV Therapies, Wound Care, Nutritional Care, Pain Management.

You must be a Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN Number. Care about clinical excellence, believe in the importance of the right things, done well. And you will thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

As theses posts are community based, you must must hold a full EU driving license and be willing to travel between patients, as required.
