Full-time (37.5 hours per week) permanent posts to include some weekend working
Based at various locations across Hertfordshire

We have exciting opportunities for experienced Community Mental Health Nurses to provide Innovative and effective support and interventions with experience of working with adults with mental health conditions.
Successful candidates will demonstrate drive, commitment and enthusiasm for the delivery of quality care and support for service users together with a proven ability to exercise a degree of personal autonomy and demonstrate decision making skills to satisfy the expectations of the role.
• Be responsible for the clinical and operational day to day service delivery ensuring that an individualised comprehensive assessment and Care Management service is effectively delivered.
• Be accountable for delivering a quality services that is effective and efficient in line with the organisations objectives and performance indicators.
• Contribute to strategic service development working
collaboratively with other agencies.
• Other responsibilities include the clinical and operational
supervision of junior nursing staff and students as delegated
by the Team Manager.
Car driver essential, or access to a car (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010 which prevents you from driving).
