You will have a minimum of eight years post registration experience of which the last three will have been in a managerial capacity. You will also have a minimum of five years experience of acute in-patient care.
Supporting the Lead Nurse in providing professional expertise and advice on all nursing issues to over 500 nursing staff ranging in grade from Band 2 to Band 7 you will work across the five boroughs of the Trust, where each geographical area is diverse in terms of patient demographics and mental health needs.
The acute service comprises a range of complex settings, including 21 Acute wards, Psychiatric Intensive Care Units and 7 Home Treatment Teams.
You will be an RMN with evidence of a broad post qualification background and be holding Enb998/SLICE or mentorship qualification and a masters degree in your specialist field or have appropriate experience.
