NURSE MANAGER REQUIRED  - GENERAL MEDICAL AND GENERAL WARDS 

One of the largest providers of comprehensive healthcare services in The Middle East has asked us to assist them in recruiting excellent UK based nurses at A SENIOR NURSE MANAGER LEVEL for their General Medical and General Surgical wards, in their superb hospital facilities in Riyadh. The hospitals are all JCIA and ISO accredited and have won numerous awards and accolades.

We are now actively seeking candidates who have experience in either General Medical or General Surgical departments and who would be interested to work with like minded, highly qualified and distinguished medical professionals, who want to enhance and develop their careers.

You must be a registered nurse in the UK, and have worked  in a Western European, Australian, NZ, or North American environment

GM/NM   Nurse Manager - General Medicine
Minimum 9 years experience, at least 2 years current in General Medicine. You must have a demonstrated ability to lead a team of Senior Nurses,  who will report directly to you, and you will oversee the running of your own dedicated wards, developing strategic plans to deliver the highest levels of service and care. You will be a key member of the hospital team, and report to the Director of Nursing. You will be responsible for the overall delivery of service within your allocated area, and ensure that planned service delivery falls within the policies and procedures laid down by the hospital, and JCIA.

GS/NM   Nurse Manager - General Surgical
Minimum 9 years experience, at least 2 years current in General Surgical units. You must have a demonstrated ability to lead a team of Senior Nurses,  who will report directly to you, and you will oversee the running of your own dedicated wards, developing strategic plans to deliver the highest levels of service and care. You will be a key member of the hospital team, and report to the Director of Nursing. You will be responsible for the overall delivery of service within your allocated area, and ensure that planned service delivery falls within the policies and procedures laid down by the hospital, and JCIA.

As an experienced nurse working within your chosen area of speciality, you will be able to show that you have the necessary skills, knowledge and ability to provide exceptional managerial and clinical expertise to your staff and patients in the most advanced medical environment.
