We are growing so quickly we need a nurse with the ambition of being a future manager. The Home       
• Francis Court is located in the picturesque village of Copthorne nr Crawley, Care UK’s Francis Court Care Home is one of the premier residential and dementia care homes in West Sussex. • Offering the highest standard of care for older people in a new, modern and purpose-built facility. We believe in delivering a totally personal service here at Francis Court. • Our highly trained team get to know each resident as an individual to give them the tools to live the most fulfilling life they can. • 87 bed facility with state of the art Dementia facilities and in home cinema        
        
The Role       
• You will be a qualified and experienced nurse (RGN / RMN) who has a proven track record • You will provide leadership within the clinical team and be a nurse that leads by example and acts as a champion for resident’s safety and dignity. • To maintain skills and knowledge and be a champion for ensuring the team is fully up to date with best practice guidelines • Be a supportive mentor to the wider team in regards to upskilling non clinical staff and supporting new members of the team. • Ensure that clear and accurate records and communication systems relating to clinical and care delivery are maintained and effectively used • Act as a role model for good clinical and care governance practice        
        
Skills and experiences       
RGN or RMN is essential along with evidence of PREP (Post-registration Education & Practice). Experience of working with older people is required as are excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to plan, allocate and delegate work appropriately
