The Fields is a 54 bed residential/nursing unit made up of 7 Units, for adults with Learning Disabilities.
We are currently seeking motivated, passionate individuals to enhance our nursing team. Working with the service users, you will be encouraged to contribute to, and influence the development of active care. Working as part of a multi disciplinary team, you must be able to show initiative, demonstrating clear decision making organisational skills. You will be responsible for the co-ordination, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual service user’s person centred plans. Additionally you will support empowerment of the service users with particular regard to their dignity, rights and advice.
Individuals should have a nursing pin and an understanding of the latest nursing practices as well as the local and national agenda’s that impact on nursing practice and patient care. In return we will offer you clinical supervision, regular appraisal, training and development and we ensure continuing professional development.
