Clinical Nurse Specialist / Nurse Colposcopist: Band 7 / 8a depending on experience.

Hours: Full Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nurse Colposcopist to lead and develop a team of specialist nurses at King’s College Hospital.

Ideally, you will have BSCCP accreditation and experience in working as an independent practitioner. However, we would also welcome applications from experienced senior gynaecology nurses with an interest in specialising, and training will be provided for the right candidate.

You must have expert knowledge and skills in Women’s Health, alongside the ability to lead a team of nurses and contribute positively to the larger multidisciplinary team.

As a key member of the team you will deliver high standards of care to women requiring colposcopy and vulvoscopy. You will enjoy working in this stimulating environment and will support the Lead Colposcopist and Head of Nursing for Gynaecology in ensuring the highest quality care for all within a safe environment.

There will be many exciting opportunities for you to develop your own skills and expertise and also be influential in developing the services and nursing roles within women’s health.

We offer educational opportunities from in house study courses to post graduate education through Kings College London.
