Are you excited about the future of nursing and providing high quality nursing care to people in their home? If you are looking to develop your career with an aspirational NHS organisation - look no further!
Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare provides community health services for people living in the London boroughs of Hounslow and Richmond Upon Thames.
We provide a wide range of services for adults and children including community nursing, health visiting, physiotherapy, stop smoking services, neuro-rehabilitation, speech and language therapy and occupational therapy.
We recognise that it is only possible to provide high quality healthcare if we are able to recruit the right staff. We are therefore committed to the development of staff so that we can continually improve our services and invest in your future career.
Hounslow and Richmond Community Health Care has a range of exciting and interesting band 5 Community Staff Nurse roles and band 2/3 Healthcare Assistant roles available across its localities including the night nursing service. As well as a range of staff benefits we are able to offer a variety of flexible working options including part time hours.
Experience of working within a community setting would be an advantage, although not essential. As you will be involved in providing high quality, skilled nursing care and assisting the Community Nurse Team Leader in the on-going planning, implementation, and evaluation of the holistic needs of the patient/client, family, and/or carer you must be willing to develop your own knowledge and skills.
For an informal discussion please contact:
Jeanne Davey, Health and Social Care Manager - 020 8614 5365,
Therese Singh Manager, Hounslow District Nursing – 020 8630 3936 or
John Street, Integrated Health & Social Care Manager on 020 3458 5333
