The Nursing Services Manager will support the Regional Operations Manager and be responsible for the leadership and management of the Oncology & IV Therapies nursing team.
Ensuring the consistent delivery of high quality, safe clinical care and acting as an advocate for the staff, patients and company at all times.
Being community based you require a full EU Drivers licence and must be flexible to travel within the region. The successful applicant will ideally be located in the Greater Manchester or surrounding areas.
What we are looking for from you:
To join our team you will be a registered general nurse who has worked within oncology wards, day units or the community providing cancer therapies to patients.
You will have hands on nursing experience within the oncology field, and able to administer chemotherapy. With a good working knowledge of the various regimens used in practice.
In addition, you will have extensive experience in commercial decision making, clinical and information governance.
