Deputy Director of Nursing

(Quality)

Reporting to the Director of Nursing (Adults), you will lead a portfolio that includes patient experience, PALS and complaints and nursing metrics. You will work closely with the Heads of Nursing across all our hospitals and the community.

Deputy Director of Nursing

(Community/Safeguarding/

Learning Disabilities)

Reporting to the Director of Nursing (Children), your portfolio will specifically include adult and children’s community nursing, safeguarding adults and children and learning disability nursing.

As an expert in community nursing you will work closely with the Head of Safeguarding and the Head of Nursing for the Division of Medicine and Community Services to provide strategic nursing leadership and drive innovation.

Both salaries are Band 8d £65,922 - £81,618.
