St Andrews Healthcare Essex delivers gender-sensitive, holistic and service user-centred care for both Men and Women with Personality Disorder and / or Mental Health in a low secure and locked environment.
We are now looking for nurses to join our nursing bureau (casual working) to support the permanent ward based multi - disciplinary teams in providing direct care for our service users.
We would like to hear from both experienced and newly qualified MH/LD nurses that have completed their preceptorship who would like to support an organisation committed to the quality of service user care and that encourages innovation to continually improve our mental health care services. St Andrew`s sta ff and senior staff nurses in the delivery of care plans as part of the clinical team and will support our healthcare assistant`s ongoing training and development. Ideally you will have worked in a secure services environment caring for the same or similar service user groups and you will be NMC registered.
