The Role

You will lead our undergraduate workforce development programmes, including a Foundation degree and the Diploma/BSc in Healthcare Practice. Join our well-established and well respected school, and you will lead a team of senior lecturers with a wide range of expertise in the field of Continuing Personal and Professional Development (CPPD). It’s a opportunity to prove your ability to further develop our existing undergraduate programmes to meet emerging workforce needs in close collaboration with local partner NHS trusts.

The Person

An experienced nurse with a proven track record of learning, teaching and assessment in higher education, you will bring substantial experience of programme management in the area of CPPD. It’s likely you’re currently working be as a Senior Lecturer or equivalent with line management responsibility. You’ll also be strong on project and programme management. Your active interest in research and scholarship within the field of workforce development will make you stand out from the crowd.
