About the Role
We have a dedicated team who support and manage the complex patients from a National Specialist Centre. Delivering 'out of hospital' care, allowing complex patients to receive treatment in the comfort in their own home and high care standard treatment delivered by a carefully coordinated team of professionals
You will be responsible for administering medication, educating patients and maintaining high quality care documentation. You will be confident in reporting all activity, risks and issues to your line manager. You will be able to demonstrate your experience in the administration of HPN and of managing patients with central lines
What we expect from You
- Experience in the administration of IV antibiotics
- Knowledge of managing patients with central lines.
- Have an acute ward or community nursing background
You must be a Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN Number. You care about clinical excellence. You believe in the importance of the right things, done well. And you will thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Patients are located throughout the North West region. The successful applicant will ideally be located in Preston, Liverpool, Manchester, Chester, Macclesfield, Rotherham, and the surrounding areas. You must hold a full EU driving licence and be willing to travel between 30 minutes and 2 hours between patients, as required.
