Salary: £23,876.00 - £32,410.00 per annum, Inclusive of St Andrews Clinical Allowance
Hours: Full-time 37.5 per week
Shift enhancements include of 30% of your basic hourly rate (for week days 8.00pm to 7.45am and Saturdays) and 60% of your basic hourly rate (for all hours worked on Sundays and Bank Holidays).

Our specialist service for adolescents between 13 and 18 truly is a centre of excellence. The largest of its kind in the UK, we now lead the field in caring for young people with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities. As a Staff or Senior Staff nurse, you`ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team specialising in complex and challenging work, including anti-social behaviour. It`s no mean feat. You`ll not just be delivering outstanding care. You`ll be helping to empower real change in the lives of young people.
Join our Adolescent Service as a St Andrew`s nurse and you`ll be responsible for assessing everyday care needs. Developing programmes of care, you`ll help to set the standard and raise the bar, acting as a mentor to junior nurses. As Senior Staff Nurse, you`ll also regularly take charge of a ward. Not only planning workloads, but helping to bring in new nursing talent to the team.

Qualified Nurse registered with NMC
