Practice Nurse – South East London
Practice Nurse wanted for an opportunity in a GP Practice near South East London!
Apply today for this exciting permanent Practice Nurse opportunity. Ideally you will be working full time, although this may be flexible for the right candidate.
Competitive salary of between £30 000 and £37 000 p.a. dependent on experience.
You would be joining a Large and supportive clinical team and would be based in a busy GP Practice in South East London.
You would receive an NHS Pension and the centre has onsite parking available. The role also comes with 5 weeks annual leave (plus bank holidays), and agenda for change benefits. You should have all the usual Practice Nurse skills, including some Chronic Disease Management, although training may be given in certain areas.
