A rare and exciting vacancy has arisen within Sunrise for a Care and Training Support Nurse. This position is responsible for supporting communities nationally with care delivery in accordance with Sunrise policies and processes and in line with CQC/CSSIW regulatory framework and outcome measures.Responsibilities also include assisting teams with regulatory responses, problem solving, training, coaching and auditing, through a model of empowerment of the operations function. Through effective partnering with the Operations Team the Care and Training Support Nurse is a clinical, quality and compliance partner for all UK communities.

Qualifications/Skills and Experience (Including but not limited to);

Applicants will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a registered nurse with an understanding of multi facility operations from a clinical and quality perspective; experience of working on Assisted Living and Dementia Units; 2 years management experience and an understanding of working with clinical governance.

Applicants must also hold a full, clean driving license. If you are passionate about care then this could be the role for you.
