We have an exciting opportunity for x 3 Recruitment Coordinators (Registered Nurses) to join our well established Recruitment team based in our offices in Long Ashton, Bristol. These are new positions due to increased demand from our clients throughout England and Wales. The role incorporates all elements of the administration process for new nurses looking to work for Thornbury Nursing Services.
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager duties include:
•Ensuring all administrative elements of the registration and recruitment process for new nurses and health care assistants are adhered to in line with Company standards and Regulations
•Pre-screening and selection of nurses and health care assistants to assess suitability
•Building strong relationships with candidates
•Arranging interviews to assess clinical competence
•Gaining documents for each worker including references, proof of ID, police checks, occupational health checks and eligibility to work
•Ensure compliance with employment legislation and all regulatory requirements, DBS NHS Employers Check Standards, the Care Quality Commission( CQC), Department of Health (DOH) and Home Office guidance
A monthly bonus is available related to perfomance.
For this post, we are looking for a Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN number (or willingness to reactivate lapsed PIN number).
Candidates must have a good telephone manner and can provide an exceptional service for our Agency workers. You must be IT literate, have clear communication skills, attention to detail and be comfortable in an environment driven by high standards and targets. Above all, we are looking for a positive work ethic and a desire to succeed.
You must be a car driver and able to be flexible on working hours when required. Working 40 hours per week between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, early and late shifts are available inside these hours, you will be asked to work occasional bank holidays.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
