We have an exciting new opportunity in our Long Ashton office (just a few minutes from Bristol city centre) for x 4 Registered Nurses to join our Temporary Nursing Division, working in the capacity of  Placement Coordinator where you will be responsible for placing qualified nurses into temporary bookings within the NHS and private healthcare organisations.

Core duties would include:

•Being the single point of contact for clients and nurses
•Provide telephone guidance and support to field staff working in placements
•Respond to telephone enquiries from clients and field staff
•Liasing with nurses to establish thier availability and requirements
•Updating the 'in house' system to reflect availability
•Taking calls from clients and taking shift details
•Filling shifts with available nurses
•As the RN, you will be working in a small team, utilising your nursing knowledge, experience and registration.


This is a rare opportunity for a Registered Nurse to move away from a clinical environment but still play a part in providing nursing care. You must be able to work independantly, have excellent communication skills and a good working knowledge of basic computer packages.

 

You will be rewarded with a generous package, to include a salary, plus a target driven bonus with an OTE of £6,500. So that we are best able to meet the needs of our clients, our staff shift patterns mirror those worked in the healthcare industry, and we operate 7 days per week, working a variety of shift patterns which include days, evenings, weekend and night shifts.

We do have both full time and part time roles available. The salary advertised is based on working full time hours.
