Continuing Care is the service which provides nursing care to patients who require 24/7 care.
As a Registered Children Nurse, you will provide patients and their families with clinical and healthcare support, working within their homes. Many of our patients are babies and children and have high level care requirements, and some are dependant on a range of clinical equipment.
Patients are located throughout the North West region. The successful applicant will ideally be located in Manchester, Wigan, Bury and the surrounding areas. You must be willing to travel, as required.
- Hold skills of complex case management and working with families.
- Experienced in the care of tracheotomies and have had exposure to the signs and symptoms of a respiratory arrest.
- Knowledge of Respiratory Management in the community or within a hospital setting
You must be a Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN Number, who cares about clinical excellence. You believe in the importance of the right things, done well and thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Car ownership is essential.
