You are a level 1 Registered Mental Nurse with a valid NMC PIN Number.  Additional experience/qualifications in dementia care will be an advantage but is not essential. You care about clinical excellence and you believe in the importance of the right things, done well


The impact you will have on residents’ lives will go far beyond care – promoting independence, choice, dignity and respect. As part of a team responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care, you will get to know our residents, and their families, enabling you to deliver a personalised model of care. You will be involved in building close relationships between nurses, residents, families and healthcare professionals. We will also look to you to motivate and mentor your team, delivering teaching sessions and guiding the professional development of junior colleagues.

 

About the home

Cottenham Court

 

Cottenham Court Residential & Nursing Home is a 62 bedded home set in the pretty village of Cottenham, on the outskirts of Cambridge. The home is purpose-built and well equipped for the care of older residents, whilst also supporting independent living for young people with physical disabilities A wide range of care is available from residential, respite and convalescence to long term nursing and palliative care.
